Let us use the power we have.
I dedicate this meditation to ask to be guided to the source of the conflict and I will breathe it in, straight into the center of peace and clarity, bathe it in the most secret sound, shine light on it from all directions, ingest it, chew it, digest it, de-compose, de-compound it, shine light on all its constituents, order them, put them into their proper places in the great order of things. What belongs to lower or higher life forms, what is fit for humans, what belongs to microbes or inorganic matter, break it down further and further into dust, molecules and atoms, link it back to the sources, the exploding stars, the memories of old.
Understand my fears are the excitement about the possibility of mastery and I am sure in the end, I will laugh and laugh and laugh, and release what is left of my fears with laughter....
